Refund policy
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- The return policy is only applicable on first time orders of 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles within 7 days from the date of delivery. Trial packs cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Consecutive orders are not eligible for refund but can be replaced 3 times with any other product of similar order value.
- The shipping costs for returns and exchanges of 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles are taken care of by us.
- The packaging of the product along with the outer carton box for shipping should be intact for return approval. In case the packaging of the product is discarded or damaged including the outer carton box, will be unable to honour any Refund/Replacement and the product will be sent back to the customer on his/her own delivery expense.
- An unboxing video is necessary in case of the replacement request for the product. The time frame to raise such a request is 2 days from the date of purchase. After the said timeline has passed no queries will be catered to.
- If the product is used more than the permitted quantity – which is 10 sprays/ 2ml (whichever is less) in the case of both 50ml and 100ml perfumes – Nirvana Fragrance will be unable to honor a refund/replacement for the perfume and the decision of Nirvana Fragrance shall be final.
- In order to avoid the abuse of policy, the customer will not be eligible to ask for a refund on the replaced products. Misusing e-commerce return policy is a legal offence. If the returned product does not comply with the aforementioned policies, the product shall be shipped back to the customer at the shipping expense of the customer.
- Refund for any eligible order will be initiated within 24 hours as soon as we receive the return parcel back at our warehouse, and it must pass the quality check process.
- Return/replacement/refund policy is valid only for orders placed on the website. No third party website orders will be acknowledged for returns/replacement/refund.
- An unboxing video is necessary in case of return request for Tampered/Damaged products else, the request for exchange will not be treated.
- If you receive a Tampered/Damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting images and videos, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
- Orders placed from outside of India are not eligible for replacement/return and refund.
- Any prepaid order cannot be canceled or modified. In the event that you wish to cancel a prepaid order, you will be responsible for paying the commission charges imposed by the payment gateway. This will be deducted from the total amount.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days of initiation/processing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of orders can be processed before their dispatch from the warehouses only. A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.
A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from the warehouses and an amount of 75 will be deducted once the order is shipped and if it is returned back to the seller (prepaid orders).
RETURN PROCESS
- Once we receive your return request, we will thoroughly review all the details you have provided.
- If your order is eligible for a return, you will be notified, and a reverse pickup will be scheduled to collect the product you wish to return.
- The return shipment duration is usually longer than the forward shipment when the order is first dispatched to the customer.
- You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned package.
- Once the replacement has been processed no alteration in the order is allowed. Please be advised that replacements for any order are allowed only three times.
